Glayva Cottage has two good-sized bedrooms, one double with a large en-suite bathroom, and a spacious twin room which has an adjacent shower room. There is a large and well appointed kitchen/diner with modern SMEG appliances and a dining table which has been designed so you can look out over the loch while you dine (we've seen dolphins, porpoises and otters from the window - so keep your eyes peeled!)

There's also a relaxing lounge with a woodburning stove, maps, books, games, iPod dock, CDs, DVD player, Nintendo Wii and satellite TV. As part of the renovation process the cottage was fully insulated with modern materials and new central heating and hot water systems were installed - this means that Glayva is one of the warmest and cosiest cottages around!

Quality linen and towels are included in the cost, as are all heating and utility bills.

The bedrooms, lounge, shower room and kitchen/diner all face south over the loch so the rooms are flooded with light all day. There is also a small south facing patio at the front of the house, perfect for sundowners!

We've thought about some of the things that are important to us in a holiday home and tried to include a few touches of luxury at Glayva. We've installed a romantic double-ended bath in the en-suite with an amazing waterfall tap. There are fabulous views from the bedrooms and in the shower room there's a heated floor to warm your feet. You will be able to cook and eat in a large bright kitchen/diner whilst enjoying sea views and in the lounge there's a selection of books, CDs, satellite TV, a music system with ipod connectivity, internet radio, free Wifi and a wood burning stove for those cosy nights in.

Glayva Cottage is perfect for a romantic break, a getaway with friends, a great week with the kids or a luxurious haven after a day in the mountains.

There are two good sized bedrooms upstairs.

There is a bright double bedroom with sea views and a large en-suite bathroom which has a twin sink vanity unit, a relaxing double ended bath and a stylish waterfall feature tap. This bedroom also has a feature oak window seat to allow you to enjoy the views in even more comfort.

The second bedroom is also light and airy, it has an original fireplace (decorative only) twin beds and superb sea views.

There is also a modern, bright shower room with a walk-in shower, a heated tile floor, real wood finishes and yet more sea views

There is a bright and airy kitchen/diner with new kitchen units, new SMEG appliances (dishwasher, oven, hob), a large Siemens Fridge/Freezer, seating for four and a welsh dresser storage unit. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the adjoining utility room along with additional storage facilities (useful for drying coats and wellies!)

A full set of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and other assorted cooking utensils are provided.

Even if the weather lets you down, or if you simply prefer a relaxing evening indoors, you can escape to the lounge where you can enjoy a selection of books, games, CDs, DVDs or satellite TV. If that sounds too energetic, then just light the stove and try and decide whether to watch the fire or the sea from the comfort of your armchair.

The cottage was recently completely renovated and has been rebuilt with modern, energy efficient lighting, heating and insulation. There is a modern hot water system and new electric central heating which will keep the cottage warm and comfortable.
